I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and my gut feeling was that the process could’ve been a bit more organized or faster.

They did eventually sort out the issue with my order, but it took a few days to hear back and the whole support process felt kind of careless. Maybe they were short-staffed or just overloaded, I’m not sure, but it definitely didn’t feel like my problem was a priority

Some of the prices seemed fair, but I have to admit I felt a little embarrassed when I realized I’d found a few of the same things cheaper somewhere else. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not always the best deal.

"Good site, the photos helped"
I got a few baking tools from BakeDeco, and the photos and descriptions were pretty much on point. The stuff that showed up was basically what I thought I was getting, so there weren’t any weird surprises or anything like that. Shipping was a little slower than I wanted, but everything was packed fine and worked like it should. I’d probably order from them again if I need more bakery things.

"Pretty easy checkout overall"
I had a smooth time checking out on bakedeco.com. I found what I needed without much trouble, the cart updated like it should, and the payment went through without any odd errors. It only took a few minutes, which I appreciated. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but it was simple and hassle-free, so I’d definitely use it again.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
I ordered a few baking tools from bakedeco.com, and while everything arrived on time, the packaging was just okay. I’ve ordered similar items from other kitchen supply sites before, and those usually came with a bit more protection, so I noticed the difference right away.
The outside box had a dent and one corner was kind of crushed, but luckily nothing inside was broken. There wasn’t much padding, though, and for the price I expected it to be packed a little more carefully. Overall, not a terrible experience, just average...

I went in for local pickup and ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected. At first I figured it was just busy, but honestly, well, maybe not totally their fault, the staff seemed confused about where my order was and what was going on

I finally found the pans here that I couldn’t get anywhere else, so that was a relief. The stock info was actually accurate and checkout was simple. Still, after the hassle of trying to track them down, I kind of expected at least a quick apology or some acknowledgment, but overall I got what I needed.

I went in assuming the product details would be mostly accurate, that’s what I felt like I got. I noticed one small detail that seemed a bit off, but since everything else lined up with what I expected, it didn’t really bother me much. Overall, it was fine.

Bakedeco.com worked fine for what I needed, though I’ll admit I’m not always the most patient when a site feels crowded. I did eventually find the items I was looking for, but it took a little more searching than I expected.
The filters helped some, but maybe I was being too picky because they didn’t always narrow things down the way I thought they would. A couple product pages also loaded slower for me, though that could’ve been my connection acting up too.
Checkout went smoothly and I didn’t run into any major problems. I’d use the site again, but I do think it would be nicer with a cleaner layout and better sorting, especially for people like me who get distracted easily

My order from BakeDeco got here quickly, and overall it was in good shape. My sister was actually with me when I opened it, and we both noticed the packaging seemed decent and nothing inside was broken.
The only thing was that one corner of the box had a small dent, but thankfully the product itself was totally fine. It wasn’t perfect, but I’m still happy with the order overall

I tried placing an order with BakeDeco after seeing a discount offer, but the promo code just kept failing at checkout. It didn’t really explain anything, just said it wasn’t valid, which was frustrating. I had already spent time adding things to my cart because I thought I was getting a decent deal, and then suddenly… nope. I even started wondering if I’d missed some tiny fine print somewhere, but support wasn’t much help either. the whole thing was annoying, and now I’m not sure I’d trust their promos again.

My order did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the waiting around got annoying. I know companies always say stuff like “fast and reliable delivery,” but it didn’t feel all that fast to me. Not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

I ordered a few baking supplies and, you know, I was fully expecting to do the usual check-through like, okay, what’s missing this time? But everything in the box was exactly what I picked. Right sizes, all the tools, even the tiny little items I half-expected to get overlooked. I always compare stuff with the invoice because mistakes happen, but this one matched perfectly. simple experience, but it was accurate and that’s exactly what I needed
